What are your payment options?
- We currently accept the following: - Paypal - Credit Cards - BDO and BPI Bank Deposit/Transfer - REMITTANCES: LBC, Palawan, Cebuana - Cash on Delivery (Metro Manila only). COD fee is P 35. We will email you about the schedule. Please make sure that you leave the payment for the package.
Do you do meet ups?
- For meetups, we suggest just visiting our Festival Mall Alabang branch. This is located in the 2nd floor, beside the Krispy Kreme entrance.
Do you accept international orders?
We are currently not accepting international orders.
Will you restock items that are sold out?
When items get sold out, we usually restock them. If you want to be notified about a restock, just type in your email in the notify me option.
How long do I have to pay for my order?
Once you order, you have 2 days to settle your payment. After that, your order will be automatically cancelled.
Which courier/s do you use?
All Metro Manila packages are delivered thru http://courexpress.com and provincial orders are delivered thru JRS.
How much are your shipping fees?
Metro Manilla: 1 pc P65, 2 or more FREE Provincial: 3 or more FREE Luzon: P 132 Visayas: P 139 Mindanao: P 145
I just paid for my order. When will you ship it?
Once you have paid for your order via Bank Deposit/Transfer/Remittances, please email a photo of your payment to payments@nicolesyjuco.com and please use your ORDER NUMBER as the Subject of the email. We usually take 1 day to confirm payment then we will ship your order the day after. - For Metro Manila, delivery time is 1-2 days For Provincial, 3-5 days depending on location. Answer goes here...
Will you replace lost/damaged items during transit?
Yes, of course. Just send us a photo at customerservice@nicolesyjuco.com with your Order number, and we’ll help you out
My package has not arrived. It has been more than a week already. What should I do?
If your tracking number was already emailed to you, please contact http://courexpress.com for Metro Manila orders or JRS for provincial orders.
Do you allow returns?
We don’t allow returns/exchange. We only change items if they arrive damaged.
Do you have a physical store?
Yes, we do. It’s located at Festival Mall Alabang, 2nd floor beside Krispy Kreme entrance.
